THE 2006 GHFL CHAMPIONSHIP WENT TO THE TOLEDO MAROONS, OWNED BY CHARTER-GHFLER ROB BYRNE!

THE 2OO7 DRAFT will be held on Wednesday, September 5, at the Boat-and-Canoe Club, beginning at 6:00pm sharp. Cost per
franchise is $100; however, there will be NO TRANSACTION FEES assessed this year.

RULE CHANGES FOR 2007

In surprisingly legible handwriting, the notes from the League Meeting in January contained the following three
changes to league administration:

1. Decimal Point Scoring - in the effort to eliminate ties, yardage gained stats will be awarded in tenths of points;
i.e. a RB who gains 109 yards will receive 10.9 points instead of 10. This will apply only to rushing and receiving
stats, not passing yards or bonuses for scoring plays.

2. The waiver wire order will be determined each week by lowest total points. Players claimed during the waiver period
are awarded by preference based on the team with the fewest total points in the standings, in reverse order. Thursday
at 6:pm (Wednesday's after Thanksgiving) players free agents are available first-come, first serve. This will fully
automate the process of claiming available free agents.

3. $50 will be awarded to the team with the most points weeks 1-8 and also weeks 9-17. This replaces the $100 prize
for overall points.

Again, if you are not planning on keeping your franchise for the season, please reply ASAP. The draft is scheduled for
6:pm Wednesday, September 5, at the Boat-n-Canoe Club. If you cannot attend, you may send a representative, draft via
phone, or there are usually some guys from the Vets Home around who will be happy to draft for you.
