14 weeks of NFL football has flown by, and now the money starts to fly! Yes, I was a rapper in a previous life, DJ Scotti Mayo, and I am here to flavor-flav our play-oh, shufflin' on down, doin' it for you!
Congratulations to our Division winners, the Dayton Triangles, Frankford Yellowjackets, Duluth Eskimos, and Akron Pros, all playing with house money going forward. The Wild Card teams, earning $50 apiece, are the Louisville Colonels, Columbus Panhandles, Toledo Maroons, and Rochestor Jeffersons.
The playoff matchups begin with Doc's Dayton juggernaut, who's bench has outscored most teams all season, against Alec's Colonels, the second-highest scoring team in the league. It's tough to beat a team 3 times in the same season, and the points projections slightly favor Louisville at this point. I sense incredible pressure on these owners come lineup lock time!!!
Next up is Jason's consistent Yellowjackets squad, led by the underrated James Cook, against Jughead's red-hot Panhandles, coming in on a nine-game winning streak after an 0-5 start. If the pundits are to be believed, this projects as another toss-up.
Cousins do battle in what I am naming "The Edmund Fitzgerald Bowl"; Mitchell's Duluth Eskimos take on Evan's Toledo Maroons, who split their regular season contests. For one week, Evan will be rooting for Puka Nacua to have a big game against the Lions and JJ McCarthy to look Justin Jefferson's way.
The last playoff matchup pits Asa's Pros vs. Andy and Dan's Jeffersons. Akron managed to win their division, but trail Rochestor in overall points scored for the season, leading to another close game on paper.
Requiem for the Toilet Bowl, y'all suck, go lay by yo' bowl...started fast, ended slow, or couldn't dig out of yo' hole...One of youse win back your roll, rest is Santa bringin' a lump of coal.
Waivers run as usual at midnight on Wednesday throughout the postseason, and the order rolls over from the regular season. After you are eliminated, please don't make claims!
MARK YOUR CALENDAR for the Annual Championship Banquet and Year-End Owners Meeting, Saturday, January 10, commencing at 4:20 pm at the Boat and Canoe Club. Much alcohol will be consumed, stories swapped, and lies told. Download the updated Uber app or line up your DD ASAP.
Happy holidays everyone and good luck everybody!

Well to be fair, my team's record looks better but I'm not far off from your squad. Made it to .500 with smoke & mirrors.
Looks like I'm in the middle of a rebuild, I'd offer a fire sale, but there is not a single player of mine anyone would want.
I feel bad for Scott having wasted a 210 spot on me last week. He's probably going to want half of that back at some point.
What, wow, when did the season start?
