Run It Back!

We kicked off the season last week and got our first look at players in action.  This gave us an idea of what guys look like and who may be heading towards hits or misses.  It was a disappointing showing from most of the top drafted wide receivers, and it did not help their fantasy team, which several took losses.  Now, we get to run it back!  To see if last week’s performances were apparitions or is that’s who players may be.  It usually takes a few weeks in the season to truly see what teams are, but these games help you start to see the picture clearer.  In the meantime, teams that won last week will try to build on that success and those that lost or tied are looking to rebound and pick up their first win.

Games of the Week

Fear Thy Naber (1-0) vs. New Kid on the Block (1-0).  Our first game comes from the Wilbon Conference where division leaders will face off to start gauging the strength of the conference.  Fear They Naber is tied for the lead in the Knuckleheads Division and the New Kid on the Block is tied for the lead in the Big Finish Division.  It’s been a couple of years since these two have faced off, when the New Kid on the Block defeated Fear Thy Naber 88-69.  They get to renew the competition and see who’s running the neighborhood.

Gridiron Guru (1-0) vs. Louisianimal Ratchets (1-0).  Our second game comes from the Kornheiser Conference where we have another matchup of division leaders.  Gridiron Guru is tied for first in the Out of Time Division and Louisianimal Ratchets are tied for first in the Rundown Division.  These two are familiar with one another as they shared a division last year and split their season matchups (1-1).  They get to do it again, this time, to see how they stack up in the conference.

Enjoy the games!!!
